We deliver the opportunity for students to enhance their knowledge through actual experience in a professional environment, and we provide them with valuable insights into organizational processes, corporate culture, and IT as it is used in an enterprise setting. I think the program can more accurately be described as an intergenerational collaboration. Since 2016, our team has partnered with Morris County School of Technology to develop future talent. We provide opportunities for high school students to come in as interns and acquire real life exposure to technologies such as Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and Automation.
